We are thrilled to welcome Enara Nazarova as Marketing Director.

Enara joins BCAP to define the firm's brand strategy, scale its marketing function, and amplify the vision of the founders we back. She brings with her a decade of experience at the intersection of culture and technology, and a rare instinct for how to make people and great ideas seen.

Enara began in media production and the performing arts, working on some of the world's most forward-looking festivals like SXSW, FORM, and Tech Open Air, where she developed an early feel for how new ideas shape technological innovation. This interest in what's next led her to co-found a coding academy, scale WeWork's bootcamps across the UK and the US, and build learning communities around some of the most original thinkers along the way. As her second venture, she founded an agency that advised brands and fashion houses like L'Oréal Groupe, Christian Dior, Pernod Ricard, and Iris Van Herpen on brand transformation.

Enara has a rare ability to see the soul of a company: rather than beginning with a brand framework, she began by understanding us from the inside out, and has built a stategy on that foundation. At BCAP, we have spent more than a decade backing founders reimagining the architecture of markets and networks. We're excited to tell their stories with the same level of craft they put into their work with Enara's leadership.
