Welcoming Enara Nazarova as Marketing Director
We are thrilled to welcome Enara Nazarova as Marketing Director.
She joins BCAP to define the firm's brand strategy, scale the marketing function, and amplify the vision of the founders we back. Enara brings a decade of experience at the intersection of culture and technology, and an instinct for how to move great ideas from the frontier into the mainstream.
Working across event production and the performing arts, at festivals like SXSW, FORM, and Tech Open Air, she developed an early understanding of how ideas find their moment in culture. She went on to co-found a coding academy, scale WeWork's coding bootcamps across the UK and the US, and build learning communities around people shaping what is next. As her second venture, she founded an agency that advised brands and fashion houses like L'Oréal Groupe, Christian Dior, Pernod Ricard, and Iris Van Herpen on brand transformation.
Enara has a rare ability to see the soul of a company. Rather than reaching for templated playbooks, she studied us from the inside out and built a strategy on that foundation. Her approach is shaped by a belief that with integrity and imagination, technology can positively transform how we live. At BCAP, we share that conviction and have spent more than a decade backing founders reimagining the architecture of markets and networks. We're excited to tell those stories with the care and intention they were built with, under her leadership.
