Rachel is a Support Specialist at Blockchain Capital, bringing a rare combination of creative energy and operational precision to the role. She joined the firm in the Summer of 2025 and provides cross-functional support across operations, finance, and events firm-wide.

Prior to joining Blockchain Capital, Rachel served as an Office Manager and Media Planner at a full-service creative agency and led marketing and social media content creation for a range of startups — building a career at the intersection of creativity and operations.

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art at the University of Oregon — Go Ducks! In her spare time you can find her reading a good book or practicing yo-yo.
