Donna Kampschuur is Head of Investor Relations at Blockchain Capital, where she leads global investor engagement efforts and plays a key role in shaping the firm's capital formation strategy. With over 15 years of experience partnering with top institutional investors, she brings a thoughtful, mission-aligned approach to fundraising and relationship management.

Donna joined Blockchain Capital in 2025 from Farallon Capital Management, where she spent nine years and was most recently a Managing Director. At Farallon, she led business development across North America, spearheading capital-raising initiatives and strengthening relationships with a broad range of institutional partners. She began her career on the Institutional Business development team at BlackRock, where she spent seven years collaborating with Foundation, Endowment, and Family Office clients to deliver tailored investment solutions, contributing to the firm’s growth and reputation as a trusted investment partner.

Donna holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BBA in Finance from Emory University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, mountain biking, and skiing in new places with her energetic twin boys.
